BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS OF CUPIDS RESORT ROOMS
- Tariff is not inclusive of any meal / transfers.
- Inclusive Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner provided on request at the rate of Rs.190/- for Breakfasts and Rs.290/- for Lunch or Dinner.
- Reservation will be accepted one month before in advance too.
- Rates quoted are Ex Goa on per couple basis, inclusive of all taxes.
- Family with children below 7 years would be charged.
- Extra person will be charged.
- Deposit should be 35% of the Tariff Stay.
- Minimum 3 days booking will be accepted once money is transferred in Accounts. Your booking will be confirmed on that same day.
- To confirm the Reservation 65% of the total amount of the reservation must be made 7 days before the date of arrival.
- Full booking should be made on the day of arrival.
CANCELLATION TERMS & CONDITIONS OF CUPIDS RESORT ROOMS

Cancellation charges deducted will be 25% of room booking amount.

Cancellation of Room Bookings made more than 09 days in advance will be refunded Minus 50% of the Original Booking Amount.

Absolutely No Refund will be allowed on cancellation of room bookings made less than 09 days in advance.

If cancelled or modified, up to 07 days before the date of arrival, full payment will be charged.

In case of No Show, full payment will be charged.
To Confirm a Booking you need to:
- Send us your email address and your details including Flight / Train Number and Timings.
- Send us your email address so we can scan your payment slip and send back to you.
- You can send money through Western Union or Bank Transfer.

- The Rooms Accommodation Rates are flexible and are open to tourist market fluctuations.
- Your Email ID and Mobile Phone Number is very important for us to send you a Receipt once your money is transferred in our Bank Account.
- The hotel will contact guest directly by Email or Phone once a booking is made.
- Taxi Pickup and Drop available from Margao Railway Station (Rs.1299/-) and Airport (Rs.1899/-).
- You can also Plan your Holiday Stay once on Agonda Beach and once on Palolem Beach.
